Hello...I started this blog to share the experiences of the changes that will occur for a healthier me. I am 34 years old and work as a HS Counselor. I love my career as a counselor and savor that sense of fulfillment everytime I know that I have influenced someone in one form or the other. I enjoy helping and being an inspiration to others. I was once a MS/HS Foods teacher and now have found my own niche in my career as a counselor and now an independent Beachbody Coach. Having discovered Beach Body not only broadened my knowledge on nutrition and fitness, it also opened up doors for me to reach out and share what this is all about. We need to be fit and healthy to enjoy life. It doesn't happen over night...it is a process, but, as we take these baby steps, it is a process of changing for the better. The healthier and fitter us. Come on and join me on this journey to live life and enjoy what potentials we can achieve through being fit and healthy! You can join me on this awsome journey to fitness. What's more awsome, you can join in for FREE! I would be honored to help you. Don't hesitate to contact me.

Day 3 of INSANITY!

Hello! It's day 3 and as I have said, I will share this journey on INSANITY! When I worked out yesterday with Plyo Cardio...it was crazy! I was red and sweatty. My daughter as well was curious why all the sweat? She seemed happy that I was excited and happy after the "real wokout". That afternoon, I felt the soreness around my body. I could definitely feel all my muscles pooped from the workout. To help ease the soreness a bit and make my muscles recover...I am drinking the results and recovery formula. I also have been following the meal plan that came along. To be honest, it is really easy to follow and these are the food item I eat any way. No more counting cals for me this way.

Today, I worked out with Power Cardio and Resistance. A little different from yesterday's workout. You also use your body weight for push-ups and working on your shoulders. The travel push-ups were just hard for me...all I could do is push-ups with no travel :P. Hopefully, I will be able to do those by end of the month. I pushed hard and yes, at times had to pause and rest. I am amazed! I am liking the intensity of this. Yes, scared...but ready to train with it.

Sometimes, with all the different workouts I have tried, you just gotta see what works best for you. I think I found something that will create changes. It is in the making! INSANITY!
